Grace Killelea is a world-class speaker and consultant. After 35 years’ success in human resources and talent development, Grace retired from Comcast Cable Corporation, a Fortune 50 company in Philadelphia, to launch Grace Killelea Consulting. She works with CEOs, executives, and professionals to achieve sustained business and personal success. She founded and launched Half The Sky Leadership For Women in 2012 and added a co-ed leadership program called Quattro in 2015. Her book, “The Confidence Effect: Every Woman’s Guide To The Attitude That Attracts Success” was published in January, 2016 by AMACOM and was noted as “one of the 7 most important new books of 2016” by Inc.com.
Grace also serves on the board of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. A recipient of many industry and civic awards, Grace is a certified Birkman Consultant and holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources from American University’s Kogod School of Business and Public Affairs, where she graduated with honors. In 2015, she was the recipient of the SmartCEO Brava Award for being a top female CEO in Philadelphia.
